These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access, use or purchase from this website.

By purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not purchase from this website.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product made available through this website (“Purchase”), you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not necessarily limited to your name, address and contact details.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us through the website before returning any items. A returns form must be filled in when returning an order as it provides key information. This can be downloaded below.

You can return the item for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached, not be used or damaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any promotional extras must also be returned to be eligible for a full refund unless agreed otherwise.

Please note: sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund once we have inspected the item. Once we have approved your refund, we will initiate the refund using your original method of payment. We will notify you when we have done this: please note the time taken to receive your refund depends on the policy of your payment method (for example, your card issuer).

Please note we do not refund our shipping costs.

Shipping

The customer must pay the cost of any returns and must retain proof of postage.

We are not eligible for the cost of returns.

Please note we are not responsible if the returned item is not received by us and customers must take up any such loss with their chosen delivery company.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
